INGREDIENTS
Coffee, Water, Milk (you can also use half & half, or any other dairy substitute)

Prep time: 10 minutes
Equipment: Espresso maker (or coffee maker), milk frother
- 4 tbsp of Happy Turtle Coffee
- 4oz of water (or 1 cup)
- 4oz of milk (or ½ cup) *Using local milk or higher quality milk will give you a better quality cappuccino.
INSTRUCTIONS
- Using your preferred coffee machine, make one shot of espresso. Pour the espresso into the cup that you've prepared.
- Prepare your foam using either a milk frother, selecting the cappuccino settings, or a hand-held frother to achieve the desired consistency. To use a hand-held frother, simply heat the milk in a pot to a moderate simmer, pour into a cup, and froth until the foam seems to be thick and fluffy.
- Pour the hot and frothed milk slowly over the espresso and enjoy.
